Do you remember that night? I ran away from the shed that was keeping us dry. I smiled as an invitation, then dashed to the other side of the road regardless of the cars speeding by. I was looking ahead when I heard your footsteps hit the puddled pavement, then I smiled cos you decided to stay with me. We walked around, we chased each other like the cheesy lovers in a cheesy scene from a very cheesy movie. I know I always complain about the rain but no, not that night. Nothing beats your warm arms around me.

Happy 1st Anniversary to Mike and I. :)

This is Mike and I’s very first picture together. Patapos na ang first sem nung first year nito. Pero kahit na we’re faced with a lot of things that we wish we could do or have, hindi nawawala sa atin kung ano ang importante. Tayong dalawa. Importante ka sakin, importante ako sayo, pero mas importante na magkasama tayong dalawa kahit anuman mangyari. So gusto ko magpasalamat sayo dahil you had every chance to give up on me but you didn’t. And as long as I can see that you’re willing to fight for this, I won’t give up. I love you Michael Andrew.

Movie Night: Waiting for Forever

Another date night with Mike. :)

We watched Waiting for Forever starring Rachel Bilson and Tom Sturridge. I loved the movie! It is a love story but it doesn’t revolve around it that much and that’s what I love about it cos it isn’t the cheesy icky Hollywood movies that we’re so used to today. It actually tackles about how wrong some people lead their lives, how you don’t need a house, a car or money in general, just to be happy, and it also tells us that when we lose the ones we love, we just have to go on and live with it.
I really recommend this movie. It’s a plus too that Tom Sturridge is so dreamy! haha The soundtrack contributes a lot too to the whole feel of the movie. I downloaded it right after watching. haha

Movie Night: Never Let Me Go

Mike and I watched this last night. This is the most heart breaking movie I’ve ever seen. There were some parts where it all went fast and I didn’t catch what the movie was trying to tell me but I eventually got it.

What if you found out what you were made for? What if it is against what you actually want? What if you’re destined for something and nothing can ever alter that? Not even love. Do you think it would make sense fighting or running away from it?

Its lovely to have a man that appreciates you and knows exactly how to treat a lady right. To be thoughtful, sweet and caring. Remembers special dates and celebrate it in the most romantic ways. A man who has a knack in surprising you, even in the most simplest ways like with lovely hand written letters or flowers.

Real men know that it is in the simplest acts of love that matter most.

Weekly Artwork #1 : Long Distance Relationship

Nothing in this world worth having comes easy.

Since Mike is back to school, he and I decided to do an artwork every week just so we won’t be bored whenever we’re unable to talk to each other and also to develop our skills. We’re having a different theme for each week para exciting. And also consequences if one can’t finish on time. Haha
