You know that feeling when someone you don’t even know, someone you’ve never even met, someone you’ve never talked to, suddenly compliments you. Then you just know that there’s no way this person is kidding. So to that beautiful person who told me I’m pretty, thank you from the bottom of my heart cos you just don’t know how much I needed that.
I miss reading this comics and passing it around class. I wish I made people pay whenever they’d borrow one of my copies. Hahaha I just want to read it over and over again! But I left my collection in the Phils, so yeah. :(
1. I have a weird habit of waking up to read phone messages then sleep again. So I end up either forgetting about them or replying really late.
2. I seldom watch horror and suspense movies. The rare times that I do, it’s either I cover my eyes the whole time or scream for most parts of the movie.
3. When I eat, I chew really slow and I chew too much. I want my food to be really mushy before swallowing. Maybe that’s why I almost never get fat when I eat.
4. My all time favorite movie is Matilda. I will never get tired of it. When I have kids, I’ll make them watch that over and over again until they develop a strong desire to have telepathic powers like I did.
5. I used to read the comics W.I.T.C.H. Omg, I was so addicted to it. I got angry at my friend because she borrowed my issue #20 and the teacher confiscated it and I never got it back! I stopped collecting after issue #67 because the price doubled since the day I started collecting.
Nung nagbakasyon ako sa Pinas nung february, kung di ako nakikitira sa mga kaibigan ko, umuuwi ako sa Paranaque sa bahay ng lolo ko. So one time nagcommute lang ako kasi di ako nasundo ni tito.
Nasa may village nako, nagtricycle ako. Tapos baba sa gate ng next village at sumakay na naman ng tricycle pero this time umalis kaagad si manong kahit wala naman akong sinabi. So naisip ko oks lang kasi pagod na din ako. Nasa tapat na kami ng bahay,
GENNY: Manong, magkano po?
MANONG: 21pesos.
GENNY: HUH? bakit naman 21 eh yung una kong sinakyan 7 lang.
MANONG: Eh kasi special ka.
GENNY: Ay si manong, binola pako.
(Nagbilang ako ng pera. May 21 ako pero binigay ko 17 lang kasi naiinis ako.)
Pagpasok, kinwento ko kay wowo. Tawa lang siya ng tawa. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na special ang tawag pag magisa ka lang nakasakay. Hahaha
Kapal naman ng mukha ko at naisip kong special ako kay manong. :|
Madalas kong reasoning dito is masyado akong thoughtful. Masyadong importante sakin ang ibang tao kaya pinapakinggan ko opinion nila at gusto ko malaman ang iniisip nila. Hindi ako makasarili kaya ko binibigyan ng importansya kung ano ang nakakabuti sakanila. Pero sa tinagal-tagal ng ganito ang ugali ko, nawala naman ako sa sarili ko on the way. Kasi alam ko marami na ring beses sa buhay ko na inuna ko ang mas gusto ng ibang tao, na inuna ko ang mas okay para sakanila. Halimbawa dito sa Tumblr, ayaw na ayaw ko nagtatagalog kasi may mga nag-ffollow sakin na hindi pinoy or pinoy man pero di nakakaintindi. Ayoko naman na hindi nila ako maintindihan. Pero ano nangyayari, di ko nasasabi ano talaga gusto ko ipahiwatig. Madalas ko sinasabi sa sarili ko na namimiss ko na mag-tagalog kasi lagi nageenglish dito pero pati sa pagexpress ng sarili ko nagmamagaling pa rin ako magenglish. Pinahihirapan ko lang sarili ko. Kaya sorry nalang kung di nyo ko magets pero gagawin ko ano ang mas okay para sakin. Just this once. :)
1. I had a sibling who died. I never really met him/her cos my mom had a miscarriage after several months.
2. Hindi ako magaling tumawad. Mike and I even fight about this stuff. Like one time I bought slippers from Divisoria and it was 250php. He got really mad at me cos paying 250php for fake Havaianas is pretty expensive knowing that you can get it for 50php outside of 168 mall.
3. My favorite season is Spring. When I was in the Phils., I always thought Fall would be beautiful. Don’t get me wrong, it is. But it always rains here in Vancouver so it just creates a big mess with the soaked leaves piling up.
4. I can speak both bisaya and tagalog. I’m not really good at both cos I am originally tagalog but we moved to Mindanao so I have to learn bisaya. Then I’m not really good at tagalog cos I grew up speaking bisaya. So when I was in CDO, they tell me I have tagalog accent and when I was in Manila they told me I have bisaya accent. haha
5. I share the same birthday with one of my sisters.
Today I spent too much. Blame Forever 21. haha I know the downside from buying in such a popular store but wth, I fall in love everytime for floral prints and lace. <3
